How can We Help?
Vagabond Sandwich Company welcomes you to host a Spirit Night with us. This is an opportunity for your organization to earn money to support your school, charity, sports team etc… Please read over the information provided below before filling out the Request Form.
- Vagabond hosts fundraisers every Monday and Tuesday. One per day, from 10am – 9pm.
- Dine in, Carryout, Catering and Sales from both Vagabond Sandwich Co. and the Frosted Rooster may be applied. Delivery orders may not be applied.
- There is no flyer needed on the day of the fundraiser. When ordering, simply mention the fundraiser, and we will count the sale towards it.
- To receive credit for the purchase, the fundraiser must be mentioned to the cashier before paying so that we can assign the sale to the fundraiser in our computer system.
- Your organization is responsible for the promotion of the fundraiser. Spread the word however you’d like: e-mail, word of mouth, distributing flyers etc… However, all marketing must be done off-site, prior to the scheduled fundraiser day. There can be no solicitation or distribution of flyers at Vagabond on the day of the fundraiser.
- At the day’s end, the pre-tax total sales will be tallied from all of the fundraiser orders, and a check for 20% will be made out to your organization. The check must be payable to a company or organization. Checks cannot be made out to an individual person.
- A check will be mailed to the requested address within 5 business days.
